My therapeutic sound work draws from ongoing study and a genuine reverence for the way rhythm, vibration, and stillness can change the feel of a room. I use instruments thoughtfully and always in service of a calm, spacious experience.

In these sessions, I gently weave the quiet presence of Reiki with carefully chosen therapeutic sound. The instruments do not ask anything of you; they simply create another way to rest, notice, and receive.
I hold the experience with attention to your comfort and the pace that feels supportive. You are welcome to arrive with an intention, a question, or just the wish to step out of the noise for a while.

my education
I completed my studies at Soundwise School of Harmonic Therapy in Lancaster in 2024 and I continue to integrate my understanding of the healing potential of sound into new and existing offerings. As a skillful Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, I use a variety of instruments to help my clients attain a calm, more composed, and centered state of being. Every session begins with a moment to arrive. You are welcome to share an intention, name what feels present, or simply settle into the room without needing to explain anything at all.
From there, I guide the session with care and attention. The experience is designed to feel spacious rather than prescriptive, leaving room for your own reflection and response.

Your Reiki session takes place at Heart 2 Heart Studio, my private in-person space in Elizabethtown. It is a setting made for softening the outside world for a while—where care, creativity, and quiet attention can live side by side.
