I am so glad you found me. During a session I draw upon many personal experiences and traditions to serve the unique needs of my clients. As a poet and writer, I understand the healing, transformative power of words when they emanate from one's soul. A passion of mine is helping others navigate uncertain times using elements of my own story coupled with a variety of healing modalities. With my rich background as both a literacy professional and an energy medicine practitioner, at times I may integrate writing and storytelling into my individual sessions and group workshops.
