I offer both Usui Reiki and Lotus Light Reiki* as gentle invitations to slow down, settle in, and make room for what your inner life is asking to be heard.

I hold each session with care, curiosity, and room to breathe.
My Reiki sessions are a quiet, individualized space for reflection, rest, and renewed connection. I bring together my experience as a Reiki Master/Teacher, writer, therapeutic sound practitioner, and energy medicine practitioner—always with attention to the person in front of me.
You do not need to arrive with the right words or a perfectly formed intention. You can come with a question, a feeling you cannot quite name, or simply the wish to be still for a while.

A rooted, spacious return to self.
Usui Reiki offers a classic energy-centered session with room to settle, receive, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.
Choose this path if you are drawn to working more on a particular health issue, stress relief, and / or soothing your nervous system and energy field.
02 • LOTUS LIGHT REIKI*
A luminous,
intuitive extension.
Lotus Light Reiki* is a new form of Reiki for those drawn to a deeper soul connection, intuition, and a higher expression of being.
Choose this path if you are curious about higher consciousness and expanding your awareness, both of yourself and the world around you.

A practice rooted

Lotus Light Reiki* is a new transmission of universal life force energy which empowers Master Usui's Reiki System of Healing. The Lotus Light Reiki* empowerment connects the grounded earth energy of the Earth Star Chakra with the Soul Star Chakra, the gateway to divine realms and higher vibrations.
This energetic support helps us integrate and embody the fruits of our spiritual path, move through challenging times more easily, and opens us to inner guidance through stronger intuition.

Every session begins with a moment to arrive. You are welcome to share an intention, name what feels present, or simply settle into the room without needing to explain anything at all.
From there, I guide the session with care and attention. The experience is designed to feel spacious rather than prescriptive, leaving room for your own reflection and response.

Your Reiki session takes place at Heart 2 Heart Studio, my private in-person space in Elizabethtown. It is a setting made for softening the outside world for a while—where care, creativity, and quiet attention can live side by side.
