Un-burdening Ceremony

The weight of grief we carry is real and affects our health--physically, mentally and spiritually. Grief comes in many forms. We hold on to grief from relationships lost, an identitiy of our self, career & jobs, dreams, attachment to outcomes...all of these are as real as the loss of losing someone physically. Join us in a safe and confidential space to un-burden yourself through ritual, sharing, sound healing, and ceremony. We will journey you through the process of releasing and healing all the grief you have been holding. The exchange for this event is $40. We cap the number at 15 to ensure enough individual work. Pre-registration required. Please enter through Suite A in the front of Brownstone Station.
