I am delighted to launch Sacred Sojourns with a special visit to soothe your mind, body, and soul at The Center in Frederick, MD. I met owner Maren Mickelson Good at an intensive training in Colorado in 2015. We connected through our mutual love for our teacher, Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, and her highly acclaimed book, Women Who Run with The Wolves. Somehow I knew that our paths would cross again, and here we are!

On this maiden sojourn, a private driver will pick you up in the parking lot at Brownstone Station at 9 AM in a comfortable and roomy luxury van for a stress-free drive to The Center for an 11 AM Gong Meditation/Sound Immersion. Afterward, enjoy free time to leisurely explore the eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and pubs in historic downtown Frederick. We have a 5:00 PM dinner reservation at The Wine Kitchen on the Creek. After a relaxing meal, our driver will escort us safely back to Brownstone Station by 9 PM.

This intimate experience is limited to 14 travelers, and I anticipate it will appeal to the perfect group of kindred spirits. If you feel called to join us, the $175/pp fee includes private transportation, informational materials, and special Gong Meditation/Sound Immersion facilitated by Maren and her talented team.
