About the Event
We are thrilled to collaborate with the non-profit Hope Springs Farm for this first Nourish Your Dreams retreat. Hope Springs sits on 17 serene acres and provides a lovely natural setting for our event, which will be held rain or shine. Lunch is a potluck, so bring a favorite food to share. Dress comfortably, grab a yoga mat, journal, and any other creature comforts you may need (camp chair, refillable water bottle). Filtered water, snacks, and all session materials will be provided. Upon arrival, enjoy an Herbal Tea Tasting by Alice and meet Kerrie and Sam for an intro to the farm. Throughout the day, join us as we EMBODY! CREATE! MOVE! and DRUM JOURNEY! during this expressive arts experience. At the end of our time together, you will feel nourished, energized, and empowered to live your dream.
